Position - Multi-Site Retail Manager

THE ROLE

Seeking a strategic Multi-Site Retail Manager to lead and elevate our retail operations. Based in Byron Bay, this role oversees multiple locations, ensuring operational excellence, driving sales growth, and creating unforgettable customer experiences. Collaborate with Head Office teams to align retail strategies with overarching business goals while fostering team development and process consistency.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive sales performance across all retail locations to achieve and exceed targets
• Implement strategies for growth, leveraging merchandising, product placement, and in-store promotions
• Ensure consistent processes with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Oversee wage budgets and financial alignment with revenue goals
• Lead and mentor retail teams, ensuring effective training and development
• Collaborate with the CX & Loyalty Manager to enhance customer experience across touch points
• Provide additional support where required to our online support channels
• Align operations with sustainability goals in line with Spell's strategy

  

ABOUT YOU

• Proven experience in multi-site retail management
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams
• Expertise in sales, financial budgeting, and process optimisation
• Exceptional communication and data-driven decision-making abilities
• Experience working collaboratively with CX and marketing teams
• Familiarity with Gorgias or similar online customer service platforms, desirable
• Passion for fashion and retail excellence, desirable
